Liora Life ("Liora," "I," "me") is run by Laura Fallone. This policy explains what personal information I collect through thelioralife.com, my emails and my Instagram, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep things simple and I never sell your information.

What I collect

Contact details you give me, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you download a free resource, buy a product, book mentorship or email me.
Your answers to the one-click questions in my emails, which help me send you more relevant content.
Mentorship intake answers, if you become a Private Mentorship client. These can include personal reflections about your life, well-being and goals. You choose what to share.
Purchase details. Payments are processed by Stripe and Squarespace. I see what you bought and your contact details, but never your full card number.
Website usage, such as pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics by Squarespace.
Instagram messages you send me, including automated replies handled through ManyChat.

How I use it

To deliver what you asked for, like the workbook, The Pause or your mentorship sessions.
To send you emails. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.
To personalize your mentorship. Only I read your intake answers, and I use them only to support you.
To run and improve my website and offers.
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Who I share it with

I use trusted services to run Liora, and they process information on my behalf: Squarespace (website and payments), Stripe (payments), Kit (email), Tally (forms), ManyChat (Instagram messages) and Google (email). I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and I don't share your intake answers with anyone.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as you're on my email list or a client, and afterward only as long as I need it for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can also ask me to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing thelioralife@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and I'll honour them.

Keeping it safe

I use reputable services with strong security and limit who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care to protect what you share with me.

Not for children

Liora is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
